About The VBC
The VBC, or Viking Broadcast Company, is a production of the Advanced Broadcasting Classes at Homewood-Flossmoor High School. Our program features a student-run television station and a student-run radio station as part of its curriculum. The radio, which can be heard at 88.5FM reaches the entire community, while the TV can be seen on our website or Youtube channel. (Viking Television)

TUNE IN TO TODAY'S VTV SHOW
VTV WINS BIG AT STATE VIDEO FEST
The VTV Staff won 15 awards at the MMEA Video Festival, 3 more than any other school. They also won 2 Crystal Pilar Awards at the NATAS contest, and 3 scholarships overall!

VTV received a visit from the Illinois Women's Press Association to present our certificates from this year's contest! We racked up 6 First Place, 4 Second Place, 1 Third Place, and 5 Honorable Mentions!
